RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Southern Dande is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for full refund, less a 20% restocking fee,for store credit/exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization form. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted for items returned without authorization code from Southern Dande.
There are some exceptions:
Holiday themed merchandise may not be returned after the holiday passes (e.g., turkey items after Thanksgiving, Santa items after Christmas). The last day we will accept returns for Christmas themed items is December 18th.
We cannot accept returns on any personalized or custom made item.
ALL SALES FINAL on Clearance and Open Box items.
Free exchanges are offered for personalized items if an error is made on the personalization.
There may be certain special order items that cannot be returned (will be indicated on the product page)
Please note the following:
NO REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. We will replace exact items should we make an error on personalization.
All items must be returned to us within 10 days from receipt of purchase.
All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition with the original tags still attached.
Regular and Sale priced items can be exchanged for a different size and/or style (if available) or a store credit will be issued to apply toward a future purchase.
Clearance priced items (40% off or greater) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
Since our website and brick & mortar store share an inventory, occasionally an items sells in-store the same time it sells online, therefore creating an issue in fulfilling the online order. We will do everything we can to provide a substitution, re-order the item desired or refund you for the items not available.
To request a return authorization , simply follow the directions below:
Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and purchase date and reason for return. We will send you a return authorization code. Be sure to include your information, list of items you would like receive in exchange or if you would prefer to be issued store credit.
We strongly recommend you ship your return to us using a shipping method that is trackable and/or insurable, as we cannot provide proper credit or exchange for items that are lost in the mail. Returns should be shipped to:

Please note returns and exchanges are typically processed within 1-2 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange.
